Jenkins Design Services liaised closely with our client in transposing a very detailed brief into a commercially sound, substantial multi leisure and recreational complex, gaining support from Sport England and The Lawn Tennis Association. JDS successfully obtained planning approval for the long established, high performance tennis and leisure centre site to be redeveloped for community pay and display leisure facilities and a private members sports and leisure club to form a Tennis Centre of Excellence. Win Tennis had negotiated with Sheffield City Council to acquire a 125 year lease at The Graves Tennis and Leisure Centre on Brochum Parkway, Sheffield. The project is currently on hold due to current economic climate. The centre is currently owned and operated by Sheffield City Council.
