Undertaking full Project Management, Architectural and Interior Design Services involving safeguarding the future production of Emmerdale within the former YTV Studios. Construction was carefully orchestrated to maintain on site operations as well as protecting critical 'Live Transmission'. Project works included modification to two retained studio areas, extensive stripping out, formation of three new Studio's with adjacent control rooms, super-flat floors, acoustic enveloping, reverberation, M&E Services, lighting grids, etc... Plus, a major interior upgrade of internal artist areas and production offices. Responsible for managing a complex planning application for a new post room extension and various adaptations to the existing building, formation of a new lay-by and building access, along with multi vehicle parking, security cabin and site access arrangement, whilst maintaining daily site logistics.
