A prestigious development consisting of 96 waterfront apartments, adjacent to the iconic Echo Arena. Working alongside Arconia, the Project Architect, Jenkins Design Services was commissioned to undertake the responsibility of providing technical construction details to satisfy Building Control. This involved extensive detailed design and production information in accordance with RIBA stages E & F. To meet the tight demand of on-site construction programming, additional detailed construction packs of information were produced relative to the build-out schedule.
