Working alongside Arconia, the Project Architect, Jenkins Design Services was commissioned to undertake the responsibility of providing technical construction details to satisfy Building Control. This involved extensive detailed design and production information in accordance with RIBA Stages E & F. To meet the tight demand of on-site construction programming, additional detailed construction packs of information were produced relative to the build-out schedule. Our services also included for the formal discharge of planning conditions associated with the approval, working closely with both Manchester City Council Planning & Regeneration and Ancoats Urban Village Company. Phase D consists of 120 high quality apartments veiwing a central landscaped public square. Phase E comprises an array of 1 & 2 bed apartments and 2 bed duplex with commercial units at podium deck level, overlooking the podium gardens.
