PROJECT: New Relocated Reception Area, ITV Offices Manchester

Client requirement to relocate the reception area to a more inviting entrance for visitors and clients, adjacent to the rear car park & security lodge. Jenkins Design Services provided an effective spatial solution to satisfy current legislation requirements in respect of the Disability Discrimination Act, by providing access and facilities for all.

We achieved our client's operational desires to form an attractive, spacious and security controllable environment for guests, staff and clients; by means of regularised circulation routes, identified seating areas, refreshments, video screening technology positions, designed bespoke reception unit with focal ceiling halo, including lighting, specified glazed partitioning with contemporary DDA compliant access doors.

As part of a team, on this occasion, internal finishes and furniture was specified by others, whilst maintaining our flooring and spatial layout, which gelled greatly to create a warm, comfortable and functionally sound environment.
