PROJECT: Graves Tennis Centre, South Sheffield

Win Tennis has negotiated with Sheffield City Council to acquire a 125 year lease at The Graves Tennis and Leisure Centre on Bochum Parkway, Sheffield. It is currently owned and operated by Sheffield City Council.

The long established, high performance tennis and leisure centre site is to be redeveloped for community public pay and play leisure facilities and a private members sport and leisure club to form a Tennis Centre of Excellence.

Jenkins Design Services has liaised closely with our client in transposing a very detailed brief into a commercially sound, substantial multi leisure & recreational complex of which a planning application has been lodged with Sheffield City Council. Jenkins Design Services are currently monitoring the application for a positive decision.
