PROJECT: Albion Works, Lower Medlock Valley, Ancoats

Jenkins Design Services was commissioned to undertake the responsibility for providing technical construction details to satisfy Building Control and to meet the tight demand of on-site construction programming. The completion of Phases D & E concluded the development of the newly regenerated Albion Works Urban Village to the east of Manchester City Centre.

Phase D consists of 120 high quality apartments viewing a central landscaped public square. Phase E comprises an array of 1 & 2 bed apartments & 2 bed duplex with commercial units at podium deck level overlooking the podium gardens. Both developments sit alongside the newly restored Ashton canal which encouraged the redevelopment of this up and coming area.
